New Lewiston Crisis Center to offer 24/7 support

LEWISTON, Maine — A new behavioral health crisis center in Lewiston will open Tuesday, expanding access to crisis services for people in Androscoggin County and surrounding communities.

Spurwink will officially open the Lewiston Crisis Center at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 1155 Lisbon St. The center will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the organization said on its website.
