The American Cancer Society of Topsham visited Spurwink’s Chelsea school, bringing fun pink items and accessories for students to wear in support of those impacted by breast cancer as part of the Real Kids Wear Pink challenge.
Real Kids Wear Pink is an initiative to get students across the country to fight back against breast cancer by wearing pink. Nearly every kid knows someone who has been impacted by breast cancer. Wearing pink in honor of those impacted by breast cancer reminds our community of the important fight against cancer.
Carli O’Hara launched Real Kids in Albany, NY in 2017 with the goal of engaging other students in fundraising and philanthropy around this important cause.
Thank you for raising awareness, Chelsea team!
