Sarah Harden, LCSW
Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor practicing in the Greater Portland area. Sarah specializes in addiction, mood disorders and trauma treatment of primarily adults, and provides these services in Spanish for Latino families. She is passionate about providing her clients with the therapy that best honors their unique life stories, and gives voice to the new connections they hope to make. Sarah completed training in CBT for Relapse Prevention, CBT for Eating Disorders in Latinas, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy. She also has experience with court-mandated treatment, mindfulness, and narrative care.
