Molly Thompson, LCSW
I am a clinical mental health therapist primarily working in the Westbrook area with teens and young adults. I work with young people struggling with a variety of mental health barriers including impulsivity and attention disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and multiple off shoots of these struggles. I incorporate components of motivational interviewing, CBT skill building, mindfulness, and use multiple creative outlets for addressing the unique needs of each client in their individual emotional and therapeutic journey.
