I love working with teens and young adults who are overwhelmed by life’s stressors. You feel as though you are spiraling out of control and you are exhausted. Completing daily tasks may feel like more than you can handle, or you cannot focus for long enough to get them done. Perhaps you feel tense and on edge most of the time. You want to be more meaningfully engaged in your relationships, your work, or school, but you find it difficult to do so.
I will work with you to explore your struggles, understand behaviors and patterns, and make meaningful changes. I offer a compassionate, empathic, non-judgmental, safe space to dig into your feelings and encourage your growth. I will work to develop a trusting relationship with you, which is crucial to supporting you on your journey.
