Erin Little, LCPC
Erin believes everyone possesses an innate capacity for creativity—a powerful resource that can support healing, self-discovery, and resilience throughout life’s varied challenges.
Erin Little, LCPC, is a trained expressive arts therapist who integrates visual art, dance and movement, music (both listening and creating), dramatics, and traditional talk therapy to create a safe, supportive space for people of all ages. Through a client-centered and collaborative approach, Erin helps clients explore their experiences, process emotions, and discover new pathways toward healing and growth.
Grounded in strengths-based care, Erin believes that creativity can be a valuable tool for fostering mental wellness. Together, Erin and each client work to uncover and develop the creative resources that already exist within them, empowering each person on their unique journey toward greater well-being.
Erin offers sessions in-office, in-community, and via telehealth Mondays – Wednesdays.
In-office sessions offer access to arts materials, sand tray, games and a more traditional space process life.
In-community settings include utilizing local trails, parks, or other urban settings in Westbrook or Portland. Outdoor sessions are an (almost) all weather experience.
Telehealth can be utilized for every session or as an option to support scheduling, inclement weather, or a variety of other reasons.
