I am a fully licensed LCPC for the state of Maine and have extensive training in the treatment of adolescents and adults who have problem sexual behaviors or are charged sex offenders. I have spent the last 4 years working with juveniles who suffer from extensive trauma, have been abused, have experienced sexual abuse and have sexually offended. I have experience working with individuals who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, anger management issues, suicidal thoughts/behaviors and Personality, Antisocial, Oppositional Defiant, Conduct and Bipolar Disorder. I am a certified yoga teacher in the state of Maine and have spent the last 3 years teaching trauma-sensitive yoga (after undergoing the specific training for this therapy technique). I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, risk assessment and Aggression Replacement Training. I am experienced in diagnosing, working with probation/courts and reunification of families after trauma/sexual offending in the house. I can provide individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy.
