Protecting children from abuse and promoting safe and happy families is at the core of the program, and Dr. Brownell’s experience and expertise will no doubt support this philosophy.”
The Spurwink Child Abuse Program was developed in 1994 in response to the need for expert diagnostic services for children who may have been abused. The program serves children throughout Maine with clinics in Portland, Bangor, Lewiston, and Waterville.
