Malene Schultz, LCSW

Telehealth services only

For the past 30 plus years, I have focused on helping people of all ages to feel truly listened to and heard, identify concerns and find helpful solutions for them, and perhaps most importantly feel supported, valued, and able to value themselves. I have a strong background of working with children, adolescents, college age, and parents, as well as with other adults. Some areas of specialty in my professional work are around helping people with anxiety, low self-esteem and self-worth, parenting issues, and a history of family dynamic/relationship issues. I consider myself “eclectic” in my approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, Psychoanalytic, Family Theory, Strengths Based, etc. My goal is to help people feel heard and ultimately be able to discover answers within themselves to feel more calm, confident, and valued.
