Julia M. Graham, LCPC
I have extensive experience of working with adolescents and young adults in a variety of roles including School-Based Clinician, Therapeutic Foster Parent, and Homeless Teens Case Manager. Most individuals and families come to me with issues related to anxiety, depression, adjustment, self-esteem, grief, and trauma. These issues can have an impact on ability to go to work/school, participate in daily activities, and connect with friends and family in a meaningful way.
I specialize in working with preteens, adolescents, and young adults and am very comfortable working with adults of all ages. I use an individualized approach that is based in mindfulness and draws from cognitive-behavioral techniques, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and internal family systems concepts.
With a genuinely compassionate and empathic way of being, I aim to offer a safe, judgment-free, and relaxing space where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work together toward healing.
