I provide psychotherapy to adults through telehealth or, in certain circumstances, in-person within the community. I incorporate a variety of modalities based on the practice of mindfulness, developing coping skills, and exploring the stories we tell ourselves. I find these approaches effective in addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, trauma-based symptoms, depression, and ADHD. I also help those who have challenges related to attachment, stress and anger management, low self-worth, and sleep issues. My role is to provide a nonjudgmental space where thoughtful observation and self exploration can take place. |
