Each client is an individual and I use the treatment approach that best fits each individual. I have had a lot of success with cognitive behavioral therapy and DBT skills. I also use breathing, movement and yoga in session. I like to give my clients a lot of concrete coping skills and support them in developing their own skills to manage mental health issues.
