Christine Audet, LCSW, LADC
There are many of us that are working through challenging phases in life this may be due to past traumas, relationship issues, childhood abuse and neglect or unhealthy coping skills. Reaching out for help is the first step in the process of healing, letting go and learning how to find our own personal strength to move forward. My role as your therapist will be to guide you in your own unique process of understanding where you are currently and where you would like to be. I hope to help you identify goals that will support you with achieving success in whatever areas of life you are currently struggling.
I am particularly interested in treating individuals with a trauma history, PTSD, addiction of any type, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, attachment issues and anger issues.
