Spurwink Services values the right to privacy for clients and family members it serves. This value extends to the users of the agency’s electronic media, including websites. Persons accessing the agency’s website(s) have the right to know:
- What information is being collected
- How this information will be used
- Website users have the right to refuse to provide personal information, but must be informed that this refusal may result in limitations to or exclusion from use of the website; and may limit the agency’s ability to provide services to these persons or family member.
- Consent may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request to the Spurwink Services’ Privacy Officer.
