Case Management

Spurwink Case Managers are caring professionals who listen, advocate, support and coordinate services with families and community providers. Individualized services address each child’s strengths and areas of need.

Case Management

With recognition and awareness that supporting the family is integral to the child’s healthy development and well-being, case management services are family-centered and strength-based.

This program serves youth ages 0 – 20 years who have a diagnosis of one or more of the following:

  • Mental retardation
  • Autism
  • Pervasive Developmental Disorder
  • Developmental Delay
  • Emotional Disturbance
  • Behavioral Disorder
  • Mental Illness
  • Asperger’s Syndrome
